Our roast
We learned to roast in Melbourne, then brought it home to Galway. Now we roast every week in the back, so the cup in your hand is never more than a few days from the drum.
World-class beans, zero attitude. If you want tasting notes, we are into it. If you just want “strong”, we have you.
A third place for students, remote workers, and regulars. Stay a while. Order another. We will pretend we did not notice it is your third one.
